Course Description

This course provides the tools and information to understand the essence of retail planning, the psychology of retail, purchasing and ordering materials and supplies, inventory management, as well as the visual presentation of retail. Principles of retail are examined, including the 4 Ps of marketing.

The success of a retailing in your spa is correlated to the level of customer service provided. Customer service includes greeting customers, answering questions about retail products, making product recommendations, resolving complaints and offering advice.
