Why volunteer hours?

What kind of tasks will you during your volunteer hours?

Your volunteer hours may be spent performing tasks such as greeting clients, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting coworkers, laundry duties, etc. Every task given to you will help you develop your new beauty career.

Volunteer Component Length

The volunteer component of Beauty Links starts early on in the program. You are expected to complete your weekly quota of volunteer hours. This quota ranges from six to 12 hours per week. You must complete your volunteer hours in order to receive technical training. Only after completing a total of 48 volunteer hours are you eligible for your paid work experience.
